Sales Admin

Min Requirements: 

  • Min SMK/D3
  • Female, max 30 years old
  • Able to handle customer inquiries efficiently
  • Basic English and computer skills

Sales Engineer

Min Requirements:

  • Min SMK/D3 with sales/marketing/engineering background
  • Max 35 years old
  • Experience in industrial sales and engineering preferred
  • Outgoing personality with excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic English skills
  • Customer oriented and must be willing to travel extensively

Job descriptions:

  • Present and demonstrate our product offerings tailored to customer objectives and be able to close deal
  • Locate new customers and expand our customer network
  • Consistent and complete customer follow-up
  • Offer engineering solutions and fulfill maintenance schedule
  • Meet sales target set by management.
  • Performs other support duties, as required

Sales Manager

Min Requirements:

  • Min D3/S1 with sales/marketing/engineering background
  • Experience in industrial sales and engineering preferred
  • Outgoing personality with excellent verbal, written, presentation and leadership skills.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic English skills
  • Customer oriented and must be willing to travel extensively

Job descriptions:

  • Build, train and lead a motivated sales team
  • Assist in closing existing deals and getting new deals
  • Locate new customers and expand our customer network
  • Meet sales target set by management
  • Collaborate with marketing team to plan and execute marketing strategies

Graphic/Web Designer

  • Create / Update Company Website
  • Design product brochures and other related marketing materials
  • Create weekly email marketing
  • Able to use Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw or other related design software
  • Able to use Adobe Illustrator

Supply Chain Specialist

  • Execute inventory management project and ensure minimum out of stock case
  • Able to handle logistics issues
  • Ensure all packing and delivery of items reach customers in time
  • Basic in Supply Chain and Inventory  Management
  • Microsoft Office

 

IT Specialist

  • Perform hardware and software installations and upgrades
  • Train users on how to properly navigate systems and equipment
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, remote employees, and contractors to determine concerns and needs
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve issues related to workstations, equipment, operating systems, networks, databases, hardware, and software
